- Vamos añadiendo cucharadas de harina de avena hasta que tenga la textura deseada, más líquida o más espesa. Yo le he echado unas 8-10 cucharadas. También echamos la levadura y el comino. Probamos la sal y rectificamos si es necesario


- Calentamos la sartén a fuego medio alto y vamos haciendo las tortitas. Vertemos la cantidad de líquido según el tamaño que queramos, extendemos un poco moviendo la sartén, y cuando le salgan burbujitas le damos la vuelta


- Por último las vamos rellenando
