- Pasamos por agua un huevo, durante 4 o 5 minutos. También cortamos en tiras el filete de pollo y pasamos por la sartén. Un poco después añadimos salsa de soja o salsa coreana para que coja el sabor y color dorado



- Por último, vamos añadiendo a un bowl las diferentes partes. De la cazuela podemos extraer la pasta y setas quitando el caldo o dejarlo (al gusto de cada uno). Añadimos las tiras de pollo, el huevo pasado por agua tras quitar la cáscara y algas con sésamo Wakabe. Y está listo!!
