  6. Una vez listo el sofrito será el momento de añadir el caldo de pescado, que en mi caso he utilizado el caldo de caldero de Peix de Santa Pola.
  7. Tras añadir el caldo esperar a que hierva, y ese será el momento de echar la bolsa de tortas.
  8. El conjunto se tendrá que cocinar durante 10 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando para que las tortas se hagan bien.
  9. A los 5 minutos de la cocción se tendrán que añadir los trozos de pescado previamente marcados, para que se cocine todo el conjunto durante los 5 últimos minutos (así se evita que el pescado se seque en exceso).
  10. Pasados los 10 minutos apagar el fuego y dejar reposar 5 minutos con la cazuela apagada.
  11. Dejar a atemperar y servir.
