- Una vez tengamos la carne bien cocida, la sacamos en un plato y colamos el caldo obtenido. Reservar
- Apartamos del fuego el sofrito mientras desmigamos la carne con cuidado de quitar todos los huesecitos tanto del conejo como del pollo. Una vez todo limpio de huesos, añadimos la carne al sofrito. Removemos y volvemos a poner al fuego otros 5 min más.
- Cubrimos con el caldo ya colado y dejamos reducir a la mitad a fuego medio bajo mientras removemos de vez en cuando. Cuando el guiso empiece a tener la consistencia deseada, rectificamos de sal si lo deseamos.
- Partimos en trozos pequeños o medianos la torta y la añadimos. La movemos con movimientos envolventes con cuidado de no romperla y la dejamos cocer 3 o 4 min. Una vez listo, lo servimos en el recipiente que deseemos.
